Is event is rain or shine?

Yes, the event is rain or shine.

Do I have to be 21 to Attend?

This is a 21+ event for ALL attendees and requires a proper ID to enter the venue. If you do not have a valid ID and cannot enter, there will be no refunds.

No children allowed under any circumstances. No babies. Get a babysitter! Have some fun!

Will there be designated driver tickets?

Designated driver tickets will be sold only in advance. DD attendees are prohibited from sampling alcohol and will be escorted out if caught drinking or holding a beer in hand. Designated drivers must be 21 and over as well to attend with proper ID.

Are my kids allowed?

The Brentwood Beer Festival is 21+ only.

Can I buy a Ticket at the Entrance? - No!

Tickets will NOT be available at the door – they are available ONLINE ONLY. Please buy your ticket well in advance on this website to be sure you can attend. We are expecting tickets to sell out.

Do I need a printed ticket to enter the festival?

Will will be able to scan your e-tickets at the entrance. All you need is a valid ID with proof that you are 21+ years of age. A printed copy of your Square receipt may help speed up entering the festival.

I can't go anymore, can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There are no refunds. But feel free to gift your tickets to a friend!

How do samples work? Is it unlimited?

Unlimited 3 oz. pour samples are provided in plastic cups. Please drink responsibly.

Is Public Transportation Available?

Yes, and we highly suggest it as we want you to please enjoy yourself responsibly – this is EXTREMELY important to us. Please get a Lyft Ride .

Are there ATM machines at the festival?

No, there will not be on-site ATM machines. The majority of the vendors accept credit cards.

Are Coolers Allowed?

No Coolers are allowed. There will be food, bottled water, and sodas available for purchase inside the event.

Can I Bring My Dog?

No! Dogs are not allowed at the festival. We love dogs too but please leave them at home.

I'm not a beer drinker, can I still buy a ticket?

Every adult is welcome to the Brentwood Beer Festival, even those who are not avid beer drinkers and especially those who are designated drivers.

For those of you who are either assuming the responsibility of getting your friends home safely or those who would rather not partake in the beer tastings, we do have a Designated Driver’s wrist band. They are available for purchase online.

The Designated Driver wristbands allow you General Admission event access. If you’d like the VIP experience (VIP tent access, early entry, complimentary appetizers…) you must purchase a VIP Ticket.

Note that if you have a designated driver bracelet and you have a beer in your hand you will be asked to leave.

Smoking Policy

Designated smoking areas are available. Do not leave butts on the ground. Please use dispose in sand buckets within the smoking area.
